I joined Osborne Appointments in October 2012 from EasyJet, with experience in customer service and an ambition to be successful in my career. Fast forward five years and with great support and guidance I have developed my Recruitment Knowledge and have recently been promoted to Team Leader for the Industrial Division, at the Welwyn Garden City Branch.
During my five years I have been offered and undertaken a number of Training and Development opportunities including in-house training, shadowing, workshops and also external courses including Sales and Telesales NVQ, REC Recruitment Practise and Team Leading in order to develop personally. With the support of the in-house training team at Osborne Appointments I completed both courses successfully and this has all contributed to my success and achievements. In 2016 I was awarded Employee of the Year 2016 which was a great achievement for me and one of the highlights in my career to date. I am now one of three Training Ambassadors throughout OA, mentoring and supporting new staff into the business.
From day one I’ve felt understood, supported, motivated, rewarded and appreciated in my role at Osborne Appointments and I look forward to the next 5 years.
