Chloe Jefferies

I started working for Osborne Appointments in June 2018 on a temporary basis as a Resourcer. I knew straight away that Osborne was the company for me!

Sara, my manager made me feel really welcome and confident in my new role and it wasn’t long at all until I was offered a permanent contract.

Before I started at Osborne, I was working part time from home and looking after my two children. Making the change was really smooth and easy and I owe this to OA for being very supportive. They agreed for me to work flexible hours to fit around my family commitments which is invaluable to a career mum.

After 5 months of progression in the role of Branch Resourcer, I was promoted to Recruitment Consultant and given additional training. Osborne are now sponsoring my full Apprenticeship and at the end of it, I’ll be a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Osborne have been there for me every step of the way. I won ‘Newcomer of the Year 2018’ and the St Neots branch won ‘Outstanding Contribution’. I’ve never won an award before so this was an amazing achievement for me and I was so proud!

I am really excited to see where my journey with OA will take me. I’ve only just begun and already I absolutely love coming to work every day. Thanks OA for being so amazing!
