Established in 1995, Osborne Appointments is a multi- award winning, independently owned recruitment consultancy, specialising in the supply of temporary, contract and permanent placements across a diverse range of sectors. We operate from six locations;- two in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Greater London and employ over 35 staff.

We believe our success requires everyone’s participation in the development of new ideas and approaches. We encourage this involvement through the importance that we place upon personal contribution, self-development and rewarding improved performance.

For “eight continuous” years we have grown the business year-on-year.  In fact turnover has grown by over 220% during this time.

We want OA to have a positive impact on people's lives

Corporate Social Responsibility plays a big part in our business strategy and since 2009 we have raised money and worked with a number of different charities to raise awareness. It all started when we went “Ground-force” and designed and built a “sensory garden” for terminally ill children in Northampton. In 2013 we raised over £3,000 for Keech Hospice by cycling over 300 miles (the distance between all offices) on a static bike.

In 2015, we assisted the Princes Trust with their “Get into Work” programme by providing help and advice and work experience opportunities.

And in 2016 & 2017 we joined the Dragons Apprentice scheme, partnering Willow Foundation and Bishops Hatfield Girls School and helped to raise over £4,000.
